Freezing cold room temperature!!! Elevator call button needs immediate attention!!! Card access malfunctions are frustrating!!! The sauna was unacceptably cold for too long!!! City view blighted by ongoing renovations!!!

the air conditioning didn't work. but the breakfast had a great selection of tasty items, the location was super close to main attractions, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Clean room, convenient location, just a few steps from Independence Square, with free wi-fi that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I had an amazing time! The modern design of the prestige room was a huge upgrade, and the food from room service was really tasty, especially the filet mignon. I couldn’t believe how great the breakfast buffet was, with such a variety for a reasonable price!

The spa was amazing, and I felt like their only guest during my long stay! Loved the gym too!

I had a comfortable experience during my stay. The fitness center was useful for keeping up my routine. I enjoyed the breakfast in the room. I liked the location and the ease of access to local attractions. There was an interesting moment when I saw the military parade from my balcony, something new for me.

The concierge's car rental recommendation could be improved. I found a better option nearby.

The staff were exceptionally polite, creating a positive atmosphere during our stay. The rooms were beautifully designed, providing both comfort and elegance, which made a significant difference to our experience.

Had a great time with my friends here! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Maidan Square. The staff were super friendly and efficient, even helping us organize a PCR test in no time. I loved that I could play my own music in the room too!

Just a perfect match for a lightning trip in Kyiv with great value-to-price ratio. The room was good, clean, and had a large comfortable bed, making for a pleasant stay. Don't underestimate the minibar selection. it's surprisingly good if you want a late-night drink.
